By using the PeteForge Atelier website or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Course access
Courses are licensed for personal, non-transferable study by the purchaser. Access details must be kept private. We may update lessons to improve clarity while preserving the course’s intended learning purpose.
3. Orders and payment
Catalog prices and course descriptions are presented in good faith and may change before purchase. A front-end cart is not a completed transaction; any production checkout must confirm price, payment, taxes, and delivery terms before charging you.
4. Acceptable use
You may not copy, resell, publicly redistribute, scrape, impersonate the studio, interfere with service operation, or use course materials to train an automated commercial system without written permission.
5. Intellectual property
PeteForge Atelier owns or licenses the text, lesson structures, marks, and other original materials on this site. Your own drawings remain yours. Sharing a personal result does not grant permission to reproduce our teaching materials.
6. Educational disclaimer
Courses provide educational guidance and practice prompts. Results vary with time, experience, materials, and individual goals. We make no promise of a particular artistic outcome, income, professional placement, or creative career result.
7. Availability and termination
We work to keep the website dependable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access for security, legal, or serious misuse reasons and will communicate reasonable next steps where appropriate.
